What is the International Clubmakers Guild?

The ICG is a non-profit organization made up of golf clubmakers, club fitters and repairmen, suppliers, designers, swing professionals, engineers and scientists from all sides of the golf industry. Whether a professional or a hobbyist; whether you build golf clubs for a major OEM name brand supplier, a big box retailer, a mom-and-pop corner golf store or simply build a few clubs in your garage or basement (or even the kitchen!) for friends or to make your greens fees - the ICG has a place for you!

The ICG is an independent, member owned and operated group, where the membership determine the benefits, programs and deliverables of the organization.

Our Mission Statement

It is the mission of the International Clubmakers Guild (ICG) to enhance member skills in all aspects of golf club fitting, retro-fitting, repair and assembly.

The ICG creates and maintains universal specification standards for the golf equipment industry and offers to its worldwide membership continuing education and certification in the practice of the most advanced industry procedures and design advancements.
